The price is reasonable and the space is very large, but the sound insulation is not very good. The laundry room only has a washing machine and dryer.

The location is very good. It is convenient to buy vegetables and shop next to the city center. The accommodation environment is good. The equipment is relatively new. The sound insulation is not particularly good. Remember to ask your intermediary or landlord for wifi password and laundry password. I just because no one told me that I bought a washing machine without laundry. In short, it was a pleasant accommodation experience.

When I make a reservation, is the deposit I paid a deposit? How to refund?

The deposit is a deposit and is not deductible from the rent. After the booking is completed, your deposit will be handed over to a third-party agency in the UK to keep the deposit. It will be refunded according to the degree of damage to the room facilities (severe damage) until the end of the lease period when you check-out Some or all of the deposit may be deducted, so you must report for repairs in time if any facilities in the room are damaged)
