There are no buses downstairs except for the airport line, which makes it a very awkward place. Whether going to any of the Nottingham campuses or to the city center, it takes half an hour to walk. Carrying a laptop to and from school every day feels like weight training. In spring, the mornings by the lake can be unbearable with the noise from the geese. Customer service representative Rebecca is terrible; she is clueless and knows nothing when asked.

I don't recommend about this apartment alone. There are spiders in the room, and the design of the apartment is very poor. The fire alarm often goes off. No privacy on low floor. This front desk belongs to part time, you have to make an appointment in advance before you can come, and only on weekdays, even if you don't work on weekends, you are not at the front desk of the apartment anyway. It is very irresponsible. Secondly, it is more convenient for daily transportation and shopping here, and it is more convenient to ride a bicycle, but this apartment is a row of three separate buildings, without serious lobby. 1. If you want to go to the Jubilee campus, you can only walk there.
2. If you want to go to the Park campus, the only bus you can take is Skylink, which is usually 5-15 minutes late, especially in winter!
3. Reception is open from 9 AM to 5 PM and is closed on weekends; they don't stay for an extra second.
4. Although it's a riverside view room, the river is green, and the window clarity is very high—you can see what you are doing from the opposite bank if you look up.
5. In summer, if you open the windows on a lower floor, your room will turn into a zoo with numerous spiders and flying insects.

Poor service attitude. Someone randomly enters your room. They check the room twice a month and just come in. There is a lot of noise from the boats buzzing by the river and ducks quacking all day long. Extremely poor front desk property management. Avoid this place.
