Disadvantage: The elevator is under maintenance, and it's inconvenient to go up and down the stairs.
Overall it's not bad, the room is bigger than it looks, there are many supermarkets nearby, and it's relatively close to the tram station. However, there is construction happening next door, with only Sundays off, making it very noisy. The front desk closes early and does not operate on weekends, so it takes a long time to pick up packages. The shower water only has one temperature, the elevator is broken and hasn't been repaired for a long time. The sink and kitchen basin are too small.
