My stay at Morriss House was excellent. There is a supermarket nearby, and the apartment management staff are very responsible. I couldn’t take apart one of my things, so I called the staff and they came very quickly. It was an absolutely perfect experience.
Location: The location is great and very close to the school. It’s also convenient to walk to the supermarket and nearby residential areas, and many students live around here.
Facilities: It was a bit dirty when I first moved in, but the residence staff were very helpful and cleaned it up. Maintenance requests were also handled quickly, but the elevator was broken for a long time.
There are often events at Morriss, allowing students to connect, do some crafts, and have meals together. The room is enough for one person.
It’s okay, very close to the school, but the bathroom often gets clogged. The apartment staff are all very friendly, but they are too inefficient at solving problems (maybe that’s just the laid-back British way).
The agent was terrible—inefficient and always shirking responsibility.

The reception is just on the first floor of Building A. If you have any problems, you can go downstairs to find the staff. I always forget to bring my keys and have had the staff open the door for me several times.
The gym equipment is sufficient for daily workout needs. I haven't used the laundry room yet, but walking further into the common area, there is a small KTV, a game room, and a TV room.
The apartment also occasionally holds some activities or provides some snacks.
The important thing is that it is very close to Jubilee, only a 5-minute walk. The room facilities are also quite new, and to get into the room, you need to swipe five doors, which makes it very secure.
