The city center is very convenient, with a supermarket downstairs. The soundproofing is decent, but you can still hear a bit. The equipment is often maintained, but the speed is generally quite fast. The front desk is open 24 hours, and deliveries and such are also very convenient.

The studio is pretty good, located in the city center, convenient to go anywhere.

The obvious advantage compared to other apartments is that the heating is very warm and there's no need to buy an electric heater, and it won't turn off automatically; it's all under your control. The studio has very good sound insulation, although the door doesn't insulate sound well, but there's a complete lack of noise between rooms. The apartment is particularly small, but it's very cozy, and the staff is super friendly. When I was moving out, there were some issues and certain follow-up work couldn't be handled, so I wrote an email to the front desk, and they helped me handle it without saying they would deduct my deposit or anything. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small, and the sink is only as big as a palm. Also, the elevator is always under maintenance. Everything else is quite good.
