It's quite good. After living in Nottingham for a year, the apartment I chose in the second year has slightly older facilities, but there’s nothing else to complain about.

Honestly, living at IQ Exchange was a really solid choice. If you're an NTU City Campus student, it's just about the most convenient place you could find. I'd give it a 4/5, and overall, I was pretty happy with my experience. What I loved most was the location. It's a super easy 15-minute walk to campus, which is a lifesaver. On mornings when I accidentally slept in, I never had to worry about being late for class. The area itself is perfect for anyone on a budget. All the cheap supermarkets like Lidl, Home Bargains, and Poundland are right next to each other. If you need anything, from food to personal care items, you can just walk a few steps and grab it. The people here are incredibly friendly. From the front desk staff to the other students, everyone is welcoming and approachable. A few times I had questions or needed help with something, and the management team was always quick to sort things out. The rooms are clean and tidy, though I'll be honest, they are a little on the small side. On the plus side, the kitchens and common areas are cleaned regularly, so you can be sure the living environment is hygienic. The common room is spacious. They have a pool table if anyone likes to play in free time. The laundry room is inside the common room. I would be grateful if there is more written guide to how to use the things in the room like the heater for an international student like me. In short, if you need a place that's convenient, close to school and supermarkets, and won't break the bank, IQ Exchange is definitely worth checking out. It was a fun and comfortable place to live. P/s: You need to use the Circuit app to pay for your laundry so keep in mind.
