Yes, most iQ apartments have secure bicycle storage which is free to use. But you need to register your bike with the management team of the apartment when you check in.

Can I come with my own car?

Some of our apartments offer a limited number of parking spaces, some of which are disabled parking spaces. However, the apartment is very close to the school and various facilities, so there is no special need to drive. If you do need to arrange a parking space, please contact the management team of your apartment as soon as possible so that it can be reserved for you (as parking spaces are in high demand).

Can I move out of the apartment early?

You can move out at any time, but the tenancy agreement with iQ is for a fixed term and you will still be required to pay the full rent until the contract expires. In special cases, the operation manager has the right to allow the guest to terminate the contract in advance.

Can I check in earlier?

Yes, we can try our best to arrange early check-in for you in most cases. Please contact the iQ Apartments management team directly and they will be in charge of making arrangements for you.

After check-in, the room can be changed if the situation permits. However, switching rooms will incur additional costs. Make sure the room you want is available, and then apply to the manager of your apartment.

Do I need to clean my room when I move out of the apartment?

Yes, please make sure the room is clean when you move out, otherwise there will be a cleaning fee.

My stay at iQ Newland House was excellent. The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in Nottingham city centre. You can walk to the shopping areas, and it’s also very convenient to take buses to different campuses. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making daily life very convenient. The room is clean and spacious, with complete basic facilities and stable internet. The communal areas include a gym, cinema room, and pool table area, offering plenty of leisure options. The 24-hour access control and security make it feel safe to live here, and the front desk staff are friendly, respond quickly to issues, and can also receive parcels on your behalf. All bills are included, which saves a lot of hassle. I highly recommend this place to students coming to Nottingham to study.

Summer is really too hot. The room is quite spacious, but the studio doesn’t have a TV. The bed is pretty big, and the internet speed is okay. The soundproofing between rooms is good, but you can hear things very clearly from the hallway. The view from the ninth-floor window is nice, but the window can’t be opened, so it gets very hot.

The location is nice, it takes only 3 minutes to reach the bus stop, which is convenient for going to school. The downside is that the windows cannot be fully opened; they can only be opened a little at the top. Also, there is no drain near the toilet sink, which is not very good.

Newland is located in the city center, just a 10-minute walk to the shopping mall and various supermarkets. There is a Tesco supermarket downstairs, which makes life very convenient! It is also very close to Nottingham Castle, with a great environment for walking downstairs. The studio room has excellent and new water, electricity, and kitchen facilities, and the room is spacious, making it a highly cost-effective apartment!

The equipment is quite complete. The internet speed has also improved, better than before. However, I don't know why the wired network interface is not working well, it might require some operation. The sound insulation is too poor; I live on the sixth floor facing southwest, and I can hear the sounds from the parking lot below, as well as various ambulance and police sirens. This location is quite good, but the rent increases every year. Also, it's too far from the school, and the annual bus pass prices go up every year as well. Note: The so-called "good scenery" assumes spending more money to live on higher floors.

The studio is affordable, and Aaron's service is great! There is a bus stop and a supermarket downstairs, life can't get any better! The various facilities in the studio are quite new, and to be honest, it's really good. I didn't expect to live this well before coming; the room is very spacious, and the two large windows are wonderful!
