You can arrive anytime from 9am on the start date of your tenancy or anytime on the day thereafter as reception have a 24/7 onsite team who will check you in

WILL MY ROOM BE CLEANED?

Yes, if you live in a shared apartment the supplier will clean your shared living and kitchen space monthly. No cleaning for studios but the supplier can provide a housekeeper to clean weekly or monthly for you should you choose at an additional cost.
