This student house is one of our fantastic apartments in Stoke and would be the perfect home for a group of friends looking to live together in their final years of University. The lounge and kitchen areas create the perfect space for communal living and come fully furnished, with sofas, a large smart flat screen television, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook together as a house. Each of the bedrooms comes with a double bed, a desk and chair, plenty of storage space for your belongings and its own flat-screen television. Cauldon Road is a hugely popular place to live because it is located just opposite Cauldon Park and down the road from local food stores and shops. It is also just a 25 minute walk or a 17 minute bus ride away from the city centre, filled with all the shops and pubs you'll ever need. Staffordshire University is literally just down the road, just a 4 minute walk away and Keele University is a 40 minute bus ride away. Parking permits available by application from Stoke council.
