2.Traver Heights Area, originally called Ironwood Place Apartment, now known as Traver Heights Apartments, was acquired by McKinley in 2012 and merged into Traver Ridge Apartments for joint management

So no matter the architectural style or facilities, the two communities are not the same

The George features:
Two-bedroom apartment in Traver Ridge
It's similar to The Wolfgang, except that there is one more bedroom and one bathroom

The Johannes features:

Large living room and master bedroom with access to the balcony
Each suite has two bathrooms, the master bedroom is a suite

The Giuseppe (first floor) / The Sebastian (top floor) features:

Walk 1-3min to bus stop 22
Note: City bus runs every 30min ~ 1h
If you can walk to NCRC, about 20min; if you go to the department of professional courses, walking is not recommended
