Heat, water, sewer, trash removal and recycle pick-up, vertical blinds, added storage, and assigned parking next to your apartment are all included in the rent.   Our apartments are unfurnished and are guaranteed painted and professionally cleaned when turned over.  There are microwaves above electric stoves/ovens, refrigerators, garbage disposals, wall A/C, and bedroom ceiling fans in every apartment.  All two bedrooms, studios, and half of the one-bedroom units will have dishwashers.  All ground level apartments have patios, all upper-level and mid-level apartments have balconies.  All apartments have large windows in the living room facing toward the interior and brook.   We have a coin operated/smart phone app payment laundry facility, fitness area with workout equipment, a community room with kitchen, and maintenance shop within the apartment complex.
