Condition of the House and Internal Layout The overall layout of the house is square-shaped, with good ventilation and lighting from both the north and south. Sunlight can directly shine into the living room during the day, making the interior very bright. The decoration follows a modern and minimalist style; although it is not a top-tier luxury fit-out, the walls and floors are well-maintained. All necessary appliances and furniture are included, with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, etc., operating smoothly without any aging noise issues, truly achieving a "move-in ready" status. Additionally, the landlord has put a lot of thought into the design of storage space, providing plenty of wardrobes and storage cabinets, making it very friendly for residents with numerous belongings.
