They followed up the whole time and were very responsible. House🏠: The house is very new, there is plenty of hot water, the lights are bright, and the facilities are complete. There is also an indoor drying and washing machine. The apartment building has a password lock on both the main door and the room door. It's very safe on the third floor, and there is an elevator. The surroundings are quiet. Nearby Facilities⚙️: Convenient transportation because there are many residents nearby. You can walk to 711, and there are plenty of takeout options, including Chinese food (recommended 🐼 takeout heehee), Korean food, and Japanese fast food. It's very comfortable to live here. Highly recommended!!!!

Apartment short-term and long-term rentals are flexible, with complete decor and facilities. The sound insulation is good, and the rooms are spacious, suitable for daily living. Management is in place, and the color coordination is reasonable, making it a great choice for overseas students. This stay was enjoyable, and I will come back next time.

Overall, the cost performance is quite good, and the location is great, very close to the school, within a five to ten minute walk, which saves a lot of commuting time. The surrounding facilities are also very convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, making life very convenient. The house's decoration is relatively new, clean, and tidy, making it very comfortable to live in. It is equipped with complete furniture, including a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, etc., allowing for a "move-in ready" experience, thus avoiding the hassle of buying furniture. The staff is also quite nice, communication is smooth, and any issues can be handled in a timely manner, but the floors are low, next to the road, so the sound insulation is a bit poor.
