Apartments for Rent in Berkeley, CA

1. Geographical Location and Surrounding Amenities The biggest highlight of this house is the extremely convenient transportation. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the subway station right at the entrance of the community, and there are several bus hubs nearby, making daily commutes or weekend outings very efficient. The living facilities are also quite mature, with large supermarkets, fresh food markets, 24-hour convenience stores, and a variety of dining options within a kilometer radius, making it effortless to buy groceries, cook, or dine out. 2. Condition of the House and Internal Layout The overall layout of the house is square-shaped, with good ventilation and lighting from both the north and south. Sunlight can directly shine into the living room during the day, making the interior very bright. The decoration follows a modern and minimalist style; although it is not a top-tier luxury fit-out, the walls and floors are well-maintained. All necessary appliances and furniture are included, with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, etc., operating smoothly without any aging noise issues, truly achieving a "move-in ready" status. Additionally, the landlord has put a lot of thought into the design of storage space, providing plenty of wardrobes and storage cabinets, making it very friendly for residents with numerous belongings.

I've had a pretty good experience living here. The location is super convenient, especially if you go to Berkeley since it's only a few blocks from campus. The apartment gets a lot of natural light, and the windows are really big, which I like a lot. Wi-Fi has been reliable, and I haven't had any major issues with noise either. The building and common areas are also kept pretty clean. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live, and I'd recommend it, especially for students who want to stay close to campus.

I am very satisfied with the accommodation at Sterling Oxford. The apartment location is convenient for commuting to the UC Berkeley campus, and the living environment is quiet and comfortable. The whole rental process arranged by the agency went smoothly without any trouble. I would recommend it to other students coming to Berkeley.

Overall Experience🌟: Very good, really good. Living here is very幸福 (happy). The environment is good, close to school. Communication is convenient with the landlord and the agency sister. They followed up the whole time and were very responsible. House🏠: The house is very new, there is plenty of hot water, the lights are bright, and the facilities are complete. There is also an indoor drying and washing machine. The apartment building has a password lock on both the main door and the room door. It's very safe on the third floor, and there is an elevator. The surroundings are quiet. Nearby Facilities⚙️: Convenient transportation because there are many residents nearby. You can walk to 711, and there are plenty of takeout options, including Chinese food (recommended 🐼 takeout heehee), Korean food, and Japanese fast food. It's very comfortable to live here. Highly recommended!!!!

Very good, very great.

Super good! I really like it. The staff is professional, humorous, and witty. The environment is great, it's very close to the school, the location is nice and also safe! I have been using their services for two consecutive years! It's close to many places and very convenient!

excellent memories! Good facilities and accessible transport!

Beautiful memories ~ Very convenient facilities and very good.

The room is very large. The soundproofing is relatively poor. The smell of marijuana from next door sometimes comes through. The smoke alarm is very sensitive. The apartment is in a good location, about a ten-minute walk from the school.

The process is formal, the service is attentive, and it is very helpful!

Pretty good pretty good pretty good pretty good

Great apartment! The facilities are new, and the view and location are also very good.

It feels quite good, and the environment and facilities are nice.

Comparable to a school dormitory location, well-equipped facilities, convenient to use, with rich dining options and banks on nearby streets, abundant hot water, and the sewage system can easily get blocked, which needs to be handled on your own.

The location is advantageous and the house is clean and tidy.

The lighting is good. Very satisfied with Nana, highly recommended!

The stay experience was very good, very good, very good.

Overall, the cost performance is quite good, and the location is great, very close to the school, within a five to ten minute walk, which saves a lot of commuting time. The surrounding facilities are also very convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, making life very convenient. The house's decoration is relatively new, clean, and tidy, making it very comfortable to live in. It is equipped with complete furniture, including a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, etc., allowing for a "move-in ready" experience, thus avoiding the hassle of buying furniture. The staff is also quite nice, communication is smooth, and any issues can be handled in a timely manner, but the floors are low, next to the road, so the sound insulation is a bit poor.

The apartment is located in downtown Berkeley, very close to the subway station and Target, making daily life convenient. The apartment management is also good, and maintenance staff come promptly to make repairs after a request is submitted.

Overall quite good, but the washing machine is always broken, and I need to go to another floor. Also, there is only one lock at the main entrance. The elevator is regularly disinfected and cleaned, and receiving packages is quite convenient. The cost-performance ratio is still acceptable.
