The biggest disadvantage of the old house is that the elevator often breaks down and is really troublesome. The response to any maintenance in the room is slow, and the network speed is not very good. Occasionally, it is necessary to cut the mobile network to work well. The advantage is that the room is large, the storage space is enough, and the most important thing is the lake view! The lake view is beautiful! Walking across the overpass for 5 minutes to the big lake is very suitable for running and walking.
After moving in, many facilities in the house were broken, the cabinet doors were basically rotten, and the showers were not good. Up to now, there was no net. It has been repaired for more than a week, but it has not been repaired. The property management response is too slow and the efficiency is low. It takes a long time to wait for the elevator, and the community security is very poor. This year, someone was killed in the parking lot, and another hydepark was robbed, especially far away from the macpropery is too pit.
