Floor Plan: There are four types of rooms in Fulbrix apartment, and they are as follows: Studio, 1b, 2b and 3b. Firstly, the studio is a self-contained living space. It usually consists of a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom all in one room. It is designed for single occupancy or a couple. The second type is 1 bed with 1 bathroom. It includes a separate bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The maximum occupancy for this type of room is 2 people. "2B" is usually a two-bedroom flat. It has two separate bedrooms. It also has a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The difference between "3B" and "2B" is based on the room numbers of "2B", it includes one more separate bedroom. Other areas are the same as the "2B" type. All of the room types described above include a storage room and dishwasher. There are three communal areas in this apartment. Bike Storage, Business Center and Library in this building. Fulbrix Apartment also provide gym, swimming pool, SPA rooms and Yoga Studio for people to use. Fully equipped fitness center with a wide range of machines and cardio equipment to enable residents to have a comprehensive fitness workout. There is 24 hours security in apartment and ensuring the safety and privacy of residents. The reception can provide some services or deal with some problems of residents.

The Fulbrix is located in a prosperous place, and there are many restaurants and bar choices surrounding it. Nando's PERi-PERi is a chain restaurant serving flame-grilled chicken in spicy chilli sauce, 10 minutes’ walk from the building. Mediterranean cuisine Aba, and it is a 15-minute walk from the building. The pub Third Rail Tavern is a 9-minute walk from the apartment. It has a wonderful warm and friendly vibe. Whole Foods Market and Jewel-Osco are two nearby supermarkets about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. It sells a wide range of items to satisfy your daily needs. The price of the goods is relatively cheap. Chase Bank nearby the building, is convinent for international students applying for a bank card and deposit cash, they are the good choice. The Rooftop Cinema Club Fulton Market is an outdoor theater located about 12-minute walk from the apartment. Transport

UIC campus is an 11-minute bicycle distance from Fulbrix. For the student who are going to study in Rush University, they can directly walk for 24 minutes to arrive at the University. There are two Subway stations close to the apartment, and they are Madison & Loomis n and Madison & Throop. The closest subway station is the Ashland, and it will take 2-minute walk far from the department.
