The Southgate Market includes clean stores and good food and is a 6-minute drive from the Tailor Lofts. Students can also buy their furniture and digital appliances and enjoy their shopping time.

Tailor Lofts benefits from its proximity to bus stations, such as Van Buren & Peoria and Jackson & Morgan. The student only needs to walk to the station for 1 to 3 minutes. Also, the UIC-Halsted Racine is the closest subway station to the building. Ogilvie Transportation Center is the nearest train station. University of Illinois Chicago is an 8-minute walk from the housing. Rush University needs a 15-minute bus ride from the housing.

What do the utility bills cover when renting an apartment in Chicago?
