There are three types of rooms in The Letterman Chicago, and they are Studio,1B1B, Single Room. Also, the apartment is equipped with a variety of modern kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, sink, microwave, electric range, and some cabinets. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, large mirror, towel, and a small chair. The bedrooms equipped with a comfortable bed, with pillow and quilt. A large wardrobe and a mirror, a bedside table and table lamp on it. There are 5 shared community for the residents. They are laundry room, bike storage, business room, Lounge and study room. One of the great things about this apartment is that it offers students lots of places to work out and have fun. This apartment also offers a gym, game room and club house for students to combining health and leisure. Also, every room is equipped with Balcony, Rooftop, and Courtyard.
