Our building is located one block from the “Loop U” campuses and is situated just steps from over 100 restaurants, coffee shops, and stores in the heart of downtown Chicago. Students will have the convenience of walking to class (even in the cold Chicago winters) and have multiple mass transit lines at their fingertips. Because our building is so close to campus, most residents may choose to walk or ride their bikes to class.
We guarantee a 24/7 commitment to our residents. From our professional management staff and friendly student representatives to our licensed maintenance team, we will always have someone available to assist residents. We strive to complete work orders within 24 hours of receiving notification. Residents can easily submit a maintenance request using the online resident portal or by calling the leasing office during regular office hours.
