The apartments introduced by Landmark New York are great, with very convenient commuting and living; there is a PATH station and supermarket right downstairs. The facilities in the apartment are also very new, fully meeting rental needs. The rental procedures are reliable, and the rental staff provide excellent service, with easy and timely communication. The rental experience is good and worth recommending.

The experience was unexpected. The surrounding environment is very good, downstairs is the supermarket and path station. The building is clean and the apartment staff are responsible. The matching gym is absolutely perfect. In short, everything is almost perfect.

It's my first time in New York, and I've been struggling to find my ideal apartment. The housing market here is complex and diverse. I'm grateful to Vivi from Yihang Haogju for helping me sort through and recommending suitable options. In the end, I rented my dream little nest! This apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the station, and there's a newly opened Target downstairs that covers basically all daily necessities. Utilities are all included, with a fixed monthly cost of $2800. There's a Citi Bank nearby, along with various restaurants and supermarkets, making daily shopping and dining very convenient! It has been a great renting experience!
