Feature

The Landon has four room type choices for the students, they are Studio, 1B1B, 2B2B, and 3B3B. There is a spacious bed, a small bedside table with a table lamp, and a TV in the bedroom. In the shared living room, there also a large screen TV, sofas, and dining table. The kitchen is replete with spacious refrigerator, a five-burner gas range, a built-in dishwasher, a Caesarstone breakfast bar, and a fitted wine fridge. The building includes the communal areas like bike storage, storage, Laundry room, and lounge. Also, for the fitness and recreation areas, there is gym and game room for the students to do exercise and play. There is a 24-hour security in the building to ensure the safety of the residents. The package room is also on the first floor and is convenient for the residents to check their delivery. Moreover, there is a dry-cleaning service in this building.

Drive the car for 6 minutes to the Fordham University, and 7 minutes driving to the University of Pennsylvania. The closest bus station is 10 Avenue & West 42 Street station, and Penn Train station is 10-minute drive away from the apartment.
