This time, renting an apartment in New York for studying abroad through uhomes.com went very smoothly overall. In the early stage, they recommended suitable properties accurately based on commute and budget, with transparent property information and no hidden details. Communication across time zones was efficient, and they provided professional assistance throughout the viewing, apartment application, and contract signing process. They patiently answered all kinds of questions about overseas rental rules and concerns, and I ultimately completed the lease signing successfully. Their service was highly responsible and trustworthy.
The environment is pretty nice and also quite new. Overall, it’s fairly comfortable to live here. Sometimes you might hear music from next door, but it’s still okay. Picking up packages is very convenient, food delivery is also very convenient, and the front desk staff are very polite.
The room is fully equipped with facilities, featuring a simple and new design in white tones, clean and tidy. The only inconvenience is the lack of main furniture, especially the bed and table. It would be more convenient if there were some furniture! The expatriate consultant is very good, providing attentive and patient service!
Facilities: Very good. Staff available 24/7 Soundproofing: Also good Cleanliness: Also very good Location: Next to the subway station
A very pleasant house viewing experience, and the subsequent rental assistance is also quite good.
I had a wonderful experience working with my house agent, Jennifer. She was always professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Whether it was answering my questions promptly, giving honest advice, or helping me through every step, Jennifer provided excellent service from start to finish. I felt supported and confident throughout, and I'm really grateful for her help. Highly recommended !!!!!
The room is well-lit and has a nice view.
