Lyra Apartment is located in the heart of Hudson Square, a popular Manhattan neighborhood. The area is a haven for foodies, shoppers, and trendsetters.

 

Features

-Floor Plan: There are four types of rooms in Lyra, and they are Studio, 1B, 2B2B and 2B1B. Firstly, the Studio is a self-contained living space. It usually consists of a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom all in one room. It is designed for single occupancy or a couple. The second type is 1 bed with 1 bathroom. It includes a separate bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The maximum occupancy for this type of room is 2 people. "2B" is usually a two-bedroom flat. It has two separate bedrooms. It also has a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The dishwasher and microwave as the basic facility in the room for all the room types mentioned above.

Lyra Apartment provides 4 common areas for the residents. They are Lounge, Gym, Game room, bike storage. The bike storage is a very convenient and safe area for the resident to place their bicycle. The game room and gym provide a space for people to have fun with their friends as well as a place for residents to exercise and relax. In addition, there is an outdoor grilling area in each room for the resident. They can use this space to bake some food with their family. There is 24 hours security and reception in this building and ensuring the safety and privacy of residents. Also, there is a reception and provide service that receive and retain the delivery for the residents.

 

Location and What’s hot

Lyra is in a good location and there are three banks nearby this building which are the Citi Bank, Chase Bank, and Bank of America. It takes about 10-minute walk to arrive these banks. Besides, there is the United States post office adjacent to the apartment. Moreover, walk for 10 minutes can reach two shopping centers, which are Target and Hudson Yards. You can buy your clothes, shoes, furniture, and daily use in the center. They are the convenient and fashion place for you to enjoy your free shopping time. There are many restaurant and café choices for residents to choose around the Lyra apartment. For example, like Shake Shack, Chi Restaurant & Bar, Dim Sum Sam, Starbucks, Blue Bottle, and so on. There are also many cafés, restaurants, and pharmacies in the shopping centers. The nearest supermarket is the Whole Food Market on 33rd St. and the Superior Gourmet Marketplace on 10th Avenue.There is also a very comprehensive pharmacy CVS close to the apartment, making it easy for residents to go and buy some emergency medicines.

 

Transport

From the Lyra Apartment, the students can take subway Line R to the New York University in 25 minutes. The School of Visual Arts can be reached in about 28 minutes by Subway Line 7 and Line 6. The Parsons School of Design can be reached in about 13 minutes by Subway Line 7. In addition, Columbia University can be reached in about 30 minutes by Subway Line 1. From Lyra, you can walk 10 minutes to three bus stops: 11 Av & W 36 ST Station, 42 Street & 10 Avenue Station, and 10 Av/W 37 St Station. Also, there are two subway station can be reached by walking, which are 34 St-Hudson Yards Station and 42 St-Port Authority Bus Terminal.
