The Astor LIC provide three types of room for student to choose. The room types are Studio, 1B1B, and 2B2B. All of the rooms include bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and one or more bathrooms. In the bedroom, it equipped with a capacious bed for you to sleep well. Also, there is a cabinet for you to store your clothes. The bedside table is convenient for you to put some nightlight, alarm, and books. In the bathroom, there is a mirror, washstand, toilet, and a bathtub for you to take a bath and relax in the nighttime. The room also equipped with washing machine and dryer in the room, it is easy for you to clean your clothes every day. In the kitchen, it equipped with the sterilizing refrigerator with large space; microwave, dishwashers and ovens are available. There are 3 shared community for the residents. They are Conference room, Lounge, and Bike Storage. Also, This apartment offers Gym, Pool Table, and Tanning bed for students to do the exercise and enjoy time with their friends. Besides, there is 24 hours security in this building to ensure the safety and privacy of residents.

 

Location and What’s Hot

The Astor LIC is located nearby the Northern Blvd Rd, and there are amenities around this building. Firstly, there are some high rated restaurants nearby the building, which are La Choza Del Gordo for Columbia flavor restaurant, Esquina Tequila Restaurant and Mexican Bar, Pig Beach BBQ Queens, and Sake Kawa for Japanese taste food. Except the restaurants, the students like to go to the bar or cinema to enjoy their nightlife. The Veronica’s bar is 7-minute walk away from the apartment. And the Regal UA Kaufman Astoria is a cinema very close to the building, students can go to watch some movies during their leisure time. During the weekend time, the students can go to Plaza 48 centers to enjoy the shopping time. This Plaza includes various types of stores such as Marshalls, The Home Depot, H Mart(Korean Supermarket) Long Island City, Best Buy, and others. It is very close to the apartment and student can drive the car for 3 minutes to arrive these places. The Athena's Pharmacy is the closest pharmacy to the Astor Lic apartment. It is an 8-minute walk away from the building and is convenient for students to buy their necessary medicine. The Food Bazzar is the closest supermarket to the building, and students can buy some fresh food, drink, and other necessities in there.

The Astor LIC is close to The City University of New York, and student can go to university by car in 10 minutes. Also, University of Pennsylvania and Long Island University Brooklyn are 15 minutes drives away from the apartment. The closest bus station is 35 Av/Steinway St station, and it is 4 -minute walk away from the building. The 36 St and Steinway St station are the two closest metro station to the building.
