Gotham Point North is a stylish student housing in New York. Our brand-new studio to 3-bedroom rentals is designed to reflect the natural elements of the river and the parks that Hunter's Point South is known for. The Gotham Point North Tower provide four room type choices for the students, they are Studio, 1B1B, 2B2B, and 3B3B. There is a spacious bed, a largest desk with a chair near by the large window to see the views outside in the bedroom. In the shared living room, there has a large sofa, and dining table. The kitchen is replete with spacious refrigerator, a five-burner gas range, a built-in dishwasher, and a Caesarstone breakfast bar. The building includes a lounge as the communal area. Also, for the fitness and recreation areas, there is gym and game room for the students to do exercise and play. There is a 24-hour security in the building to ensure the safety of the residents.

The Long Island City train station is the nearest train station close to the building, and it is convenient for the students to have a travel to another city.
