Situated in the heart of the vibrant Midtown East neighborhood of New York City, the Seton Residence gives the chance to have a uniquely fashionable, luxurious, and central location altogether. The residence is a half-block from Lexington Avenue, and just steps from Grand Central Terminal. Moreover, it is a short walk to the United Nations, Times Square, Bryant Park, Fifth Avenue, Park Avenue, the Empire State Building, and Central Park.

It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, and a Flat TV with a streaming device.  Big windows in this room allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room. It is important to note that the room has a communal bathroom, and you will be sharing the bathroom with 2 or 3 other roommates. 

Residents will find a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The Laundry and the communal kitchen are among the common areas shared by all residents in the building.
