We are close to Pharmacy and local 24 hours stores. Our complex 78 and 79th Street between York Ave and East River offers studios, 1 bedrooms and 2 bedroom apartments. We also have an amazing 24h doorman building, located right on the River.

Most of our buildings are walk-ups, UTILITIES ARE INCLUED (heat, hot water, gas & electric) in cerain units and pets allowed. We also offer security staff between 10:00PM and 6:00AM, and Management Office with Package Room.
