They are Laundry room, Bike storage, Storage, and Study room. This apartment also offers 2 fitness and recreation areas, and they are Gym and Game Room for students to do the exercise and play with their friends. Also, every room is equipped with Balcony and Courtyard. Besides, there is 24 hours security in this building to ensure the safety and privacy of residents. Meanwhile, the apartment provides the Package room, that is convenient for the student to check their delivery.

The Eagle Apartment is on the Fleet Pl road, and it is within walking distance of many popular restaurants and bars. The restaurants are Han Dynasty Brooklyn (Chinses Cuisine), Dekalb Market Hall, KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot(Korean Restaurant), and Junior's Restaurant & Bakery. Also, there are some bars nearby this building for the University students to enjoy their night at there. Some high rated bars are Vine Bar, House of Wax. For the student daily convenience, there are two banks close to this building which are the Chase Bank and TD Bank. It takes about 5-minute walk to arrive these banks. The building is surrounded by several large supermarkets, such as Fleet Organic Market, NYC Fresh Market etc., which is convenient for students to purchase daily necessities. The CVS Pharmacy is 2 minutes walking from the apartment, and it is easy for the students to fulfill their medicine needs. The Long Island University Brooklyn is close to the The Eagle Apartment, and students can walk for 7-8 minutes to arrive at school. New York University Tandon School of Engineering is 8 minutes walking distance from the building. Then, New York University is 10-minute driving from the building. Moreover, Pace University is 10-minute driving from the building. The closest bus station is Myrtle Av/Ashland Pl station. It is convenient for the student to take bus to other places. In addition, the Jay St - MetroTech station is very close to the apartment, and student can walk for 7-8 minutes to arrive there.
