● I have only one person and no roommate. Can I rent it?

Individual lease means that everyone is only responsible for their own bedroom and part of the public area, unlike the joint lease signing of many apartments or rental houses. If your roommate has moved to another school or moved to another apartment for some reason, you do n’t have to worry about paying their rent.
If there is no roommate, the apartment will be automatically assigned. You need to fill in the roommate matching form of the apartment. If you have special needs, you need to tell the application teacher in advance to send a note to the apartment. Roommates who fully meet the requirements).

● My rental period is less than one year, I rented it for 11.5 months, why did I pay the rent 12 times?
The student apartment is actually charged according to your actual rental period (for example, 11.5 months), and then for the convenience of calculation and management, it is directly divided into 12 parts and charged monthly. In this case, whether it is an apartment lease or a website description, it is generally not called rents, but 12 month installment, which means 12 months ’installment. ● How to pay the rent?
