Cancellation Policy

Details

No cancellations allowed. Once application is approved, the screening is completed and the lease is signed, all parties – including the tenant and the property – are bound by the terms of the lease agreement. Residents do have the option of reletting their bed space by finding another resident to take-over the lease term on their behalf. That individual would need to meet the same qualifying criteria and would sign a new lease with the community, taking the place of the cancelled lease. Transferring the lease may have additional fees determined by the apartment management. The above information is for reference only and may be varied at delivery.

Early Move-in Policy

Allowed on a case-by-case basis. Must have lease signed by May 1st, 2024. Approval will come after lease signing if request is made prior to May 1st.

If you can't move in after signing, find a subtenant or fulfill the contract as agreed. Subletting may have additional fees determined by the apartment management.

Room Assignment Policy

We utilize Roomsync, a roommate matching platform which allows you to match with potential roommates. If you have your own roommates, list them on your application and we will place you together.

Subletting Policy

All residents have the option of reletting their bed space if they do not plan on occupying their bed space at that time. Reletting requires the individual taking over the bed space to go through the same screening process as all other residents and signing a new lease agreement with the community in order to take over the lease for the remainder of the term. This ensures that all residents living on site meet the same qualification standards. It may have additional fees determined by the apartment management. The apartment is furnished with a bed, table and chairs in the bedroom area. The living room area is furnished with a sofa, dining table, chairs, coffee table. Kitchen features include refrigerator, gas stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer. Although basic furniture is available, tenants need to prepare personal items such as bedding, pots and pans, and toiletries.

Not necessarily, if you signed a contract for a single bedroom, you can only be sure that your bedroom is a single bedroom, and the bedroom opposite may be a single bedroom, or it may be a double bedroom for 2 people, depending on what the roommate opposite is renting single bedroom or double bedroom
