Is HH Eleanor at Walnut furnished?

The apartment is furnished with a bed, table and chairs in the bedroom area. The living room area is furnished with a sofa, dining table, chairs, coffee table. Kitchen features include refrigerator, gas stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer. Although basic furniture is available, tenants need to prepare personal items such as bedding, pots and pans, and toiletries.

We also have a team of highly qualified management professionals ready to help residents with any issues they may have with their apartments near the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, and U-Sciences.

All our apartments are furnished with a sofa, 2 coffee tables and 3 stools. The furnished option starts at an additional $50.00 per month and includes a full size bed, dresser, desk and chair.

Are there eligibility requirements for renting HH Eleanor at Walnut?

Yes. Residents must meet minimum income and credit requirements to ensure financial obligations are met. If the applicant does not meet our requirements, we require a qualified guarantor to co-sign the lease. We also screen for background and criminality.

How long is my lease term?

Our standard rental period is from 10 August 2025 to 27 July 2026. We are offering academic leases from 10 August 2025 to 31 May 2026. Each rental period has a different price.

Is a guarantor required to book at HH Eleanor at Walnut?

What is a guarantor? A guarantor is a third party, usually a parent or guardian, who signs a bond ensuring monthly rent payments are made on time. Is a guarantor required for booking? No, we do not require a guarantor as long as the resident meets the income and credit requirements. However, most students will find that they need a guarantor. No worries.
