There is access control, the room is clean, and the sound insulation is good.
Overall, it's quite good, but it's a bit far from where I have classes. The building is also relatively safe, and the facilities are fairly new.
My rental requirements:<br>1. Near Upenn, at least within the security patrol circle.<br>2. Price within 1600.<br>3. Studio and independent bathroom are preferred.<br>4. Good lighting in the bedroom.<br>5. Relatively new facilities.<br>***The above requirements are sorted in order of necessity to acceptability.<br><br>***This is my third time renting a place, but this time it was extremely successful. All of the above requirements were met, and there were other aspects that improved my quality of life. It can be said to be exceptionally good value for money, so I would like to share my experience.<br>***The first law of renting is that the early bird catches the worm.
