All in all, it was very comfortable to live here. The location is between the city center and the University of Pennsylvania, so it’s very convenient to get anywhere. I also lived on a high floor with a great view, and the room was very spacious. Most importantly, the internet speed was fast and there was a LAN port. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
Soundproofing: Very good; I can’t hear any noise from downstairs. Facilities: Very new because it’s a new building. Location: Very convenient and close to the school. There are also campus police patrols nearby, so it feels very safe. The only downside is that there aren’t many food options nearby.
The room is very clean, the sofa is soft, and the lighting is good. The room is also quite bright. The waiting time was not long, it is pretty close to the school, the area nearby is also very safe, and the internet speed is fast. I feel quite at ease living here.
It takes a 15-minute walk from the school center, but it is very close to the city center, and it is convenient to get to the subway and train stations. The facilities are quite new, with many functional areas and study zones, offering a wide range of options. The public area is maintained fairly well, with cleaning personnel coming weekly. Sound insulation is average, and the rooms are relatively small.
The garbage apartment door has been broken for a year and hasn't been repaired, the sound insulation is ridiculously bad, the internet provided is incredibly poor and breaks down every day, and they deducted 1000 yuan from my deposit when I left. Is this even human? The front desk can't send emails, won't answer the phone, 4️⃣ people are the same.

I lived in Standard in Philadelphia for a while, and the experience really exceeded expectations! The apartment location is excellent, very convenient for getting to school, and the gym and study room facilities in the building are quite new, fully meeting daily needs. This time I rented through @Expat Housing (Uhomes), and I must praise the agency's service. The consultant was super patient, not only helping me analyze the layout but also securing a very good price; the entire signing process was smooth and efficient. For international students, encountering such a reliable organization is truly a relief, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
