I lived in a studio, and it was really nice. There is access control, and you need to swipe a card to use the elevator. The gym and swimming pool are cleaned and maintained regularly. Security guards patrol downstairs 24 hours a day, and the property management staff are also quite nice. For repairs, they come within two days at the latest, and usually they can come the same day, though weekends are less certain. Still, try to choose a room at the end of the corridor if possible. After all, the rooms there are separated by partition walls, so living at the end can make it a bit less noisy. You get what you pay for—we calculate costs, and so do the businesses. That area is all around that price range, so naturally the more expensive ones are better. Carmin is actually quite good.

The front desk service at Nexa is great. Signing for packages is also quite convenient, and it only takes about 5-10 minutes by taxi to get to the school. There is also a bus station at the entrance.

I really like the layout of the nine20 house. My sisters Mia and Teacher Huo, who helped me find the apartment, are also very nice and helped me solve many problems!

The air quality is quite good, the facilities are new, and the maintenance is also good! Every day, someone comes to collect the garbage and so on. There are delivery lockers and takeout points downstairs, and the surrounding restaurants are all very delicious.
