The 26-30 Railcard is only available as an electronic card, not a physical one. Applying online requires registering for an account, providing a photo and filling out a proof of identity. After payment, users will receive a “download code”. Tap “Add your Railcard” in the app and enter the code to use it. The card can be used in most cities, including London, Manchester, Cardiff and more.

What if I lose my mobile phone with 26-30 Railcard?

The user can visit the official website if he has lost his mobile phone. Firstly, unbind your Railcard from the lost device. Then click “Request a new code for your Railcard” to get a new code, and then you can add your Railcard to a new device. It is important to note that each person can store the electronic Railcard on a maximum of two mobile devices.
