I am very satisfied with the stay experience; the overall environment of the apartment is clean and comfortable, making it feel warm and like home. The apartment is equipped with an elevator, making it very convenient to go up and down daily. The floor I stayed on was very quiet, and the soundproofing was quite good, allowing me to study and rest without being disturbed. The internet speed in the room is very fast, whether for online classes, video conferences, or daily entertainment, everything runs smoothly. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and can also receive packages, which is very convenient for international students. This year, the apartment also renovated the activity room, which has a great environment and is equipped with movie facilities, allowing friends to watch movies and relax together, making the experience even better than before. Additionally, the apartment's maintenance response speed is very quick; problems are basically addressed in a timely manner, which is very efficient and gives peace of mind. Overall, this is a well-equipped, comfortable, and attentive apartment suitable for both studying and living. I would recommend it to other students and would willingly choose to stay here again.

The apartment's alarm often goes off, things often break and need maintenance requests, there are parking spaces, and there is also a garbage area. The soundproofing is fairly average.

Living alone in a studio is relatively spacious, with all the basic facilities complete. The location is also quite good, situated in the middle between the school and the city center, and it takes just 6 minutes to walk to the station. However, the ground floor has poor sound insulation, and you can always hear noises from outside. The most annoying part is that fire alarms go off somewhat frequently, even in the middle of the night, which affects rest.
