The apartment laundry room is a bit small. The whole building is only equipped with two washing machines. The gym is a bit small. The window can only be opened a crack, it can't be fully opened. The noise from the cars on the street is a bit loud at night when the window is open. The front desk staff are very nice and will help you collect your packages. The internet speed is quite good, supporting Wi-Fi and wired connections.
