My experience living here for a year was absolutely wonderful, and I even felt very reluctant to leave. First of all, the apartment’s location is excellent. It is in the city center, less than a five-minute walk from the college where I studied, with many supermarkets nearby and a large shopping center as well. Secondly, the apartment environment is very tidy and clean. The common areas are cleaned regularly by staff, and free breakfast is provided every weekday. In addition, there is a 24-hour coffee machine and a free gym. There is also a water dispenser in the gym, which is very convenient! The room has no unpleasant odors and is clean, with staff coming regularly to clean it; the internet speed is stable, and the soundproofing is good. In addition, there are many staff members throughout the apartment, and they are very warm and will greet you when they see you. You don’t need to worry at all about not being able to find someone to help when a problem occurs. They are here 24 hours a day, and the security is also very thorough. From the apartment entrance to your room, you need to swipe your card four times, so the safety level is extremely high! There is also a shared kitchen in this apartment. When you and your friends want to cook together but can’t find a suitable place, this is the best choice. It also has a TV, sofas, and various kitchen utensils. There is also a shared study room for students to use. I really love this study room; I completed almost all of my assignments here during this year. The apartment holds various events from time to time, where people from different countries gather together, creating a very joyful atmosphere! There are also free candies during Easter. In addition, receiving packages here is very convenient. You don’t need to worry about it yourself—the staff will place them directly in the parcel room, and you only need to go downstairs to pick them up, so there is no concern about lost packages at all.

Downstairs, there is a 24-hour front desk, free breakfast, coffee machine, automatic mahjong machine, gym, study room, laundry room, package room, printer, and more!

The soundproofing is decent, unless you blast music with speakers, you won't hear much noise at other times. Breakfast is very convenient; if you're in a hurry for class, you can grab it and eat on the go. The apartment management is also quite responsive; when I first arrived, my microwave wasn’t working, and without any hesitation, they immediately replaced it with a new one. Highly recommended!
