Portsmouth has always been a city that lives by the sea. You can feel it everywhere — in its harbours, its museums, and even in the way people talk about the place. -The room is pretty good, and the facilities are all quite new. It has a microwave, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer—very complete. The only thing is that the refrigerator is a bit small. -It was very clean when I moved in. The mattress is a very soft spring mattress, so some students might not be used to it, and it can feel a bit uncomfortable. -However, this room type is on the second floor, and downstairs is a commercial street, so it can be a little noisy sometimes. But it's very convenient for shopping, going to the bank, taking the bus, or taking the train. The soundproofing between rooms is also quite good. -There is plenty of storage space. Whether for kitchen storage, clothes, or other items, there is a lot of large storage space, with plenty of drawers and cabinets, which is very convenient. -The internet speed is very fast. After logging in, it stays connected all the time. -The security facilities are also good. Every evening, security guards are on duty downstairs. You need to swipe a card to enter both the elevator and the apartment entrance. -The apartment front desk can receive packages and provide printing services. If you buy large items and it's inconvenient to carry them, you can also borrow a trolley. The service is quite good overall.

Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, great view, 24-hour front desk, private washing machine, no need to run up and down using shared facilities, very convenient, fitness gym card provided, located in the city center, with China Supermarket, English Premier League, Chinese food, and milk tea nearby, just a one-minute walk from the train station.

The city center is really close to schools. The rooms are a bit small, but of acceptable size. There's a park right behind, and it's also close to the train station. There are activities during the holidays, and on Christmas, there's a real reindeer 😂. Very nice.

The apartment environment is good, and the price is relatively cheap.

One of the top apartments in Pumia, it's the best if you don't consider the washing machine.

The room is very comfortable, and there is a gym. The apartment staff are very nice, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. It is very close to the class location and also close to the supermarket. The apartment is right across from the train station, so there's no need to worry about taking the train back to Portsmouth at night after going elsewhere for fun.

Highly recommend Stanhope House in Portsmouth! Located in the city center, it's very convenient for getting to school, grocery shopping, and shopping. The rooms are clean and spacious, the shared facilities are well-equipped, security is excellent, the staff are responsible, and it offers great value for money. It's very suitable for international students looking for a long-term stay.
