Since the Flexible Booking Policy is reviewed and decided by the apartment case by case, there is no strict uniform standard. Please confirm your revised payment amount and payment deadline with the apartment separately after you successfully apply for the Flexible Booking Policy.

The deposit will be open for payment 10 days before the start of the contract. Since the standards of each apartment building are different, the amount of the deposit and whether it needs to be paid will vary.
