Very goodClose to Tesco, and also very close to the city center, very convenient. Going to school is also very convenient. Shopping and dining are very convenient. The front desk is very friendly, and repairs for broken equipment are very timely.
The location and facilities are great. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, but the kitchen is sufficient for me to prepare all my favorite foods.

The sound insulation is okay, but there are people having parties downstairs; the location is excellent, right in the city center, with a McDonald's just a two-minute walk away. The front desk staff at the apartment is also very nice, and they immediately solved the issue when cockroaches were found in the apartment.

The internet speed is quite fast; it's just that there are times when they either check or stop the water, which is a bit annoying. Sometimes, hot water doesn't come up right away.
