The location is excellent, and it’s very quiet at night. It’s convenient to get to supermarkets and restaurants, and the city center is just a few minutes’ walk away. There is also a bus stop downstairs with buses to the university. The room layout is fairly reasonable, but the window is a bit small and cannot be fully opened. The soundproofing is also decent—as long as the neighbors don’t speak too loudly, you basically can’t hear them. The common area downstairs has a study room, TV, pool table, and mahjong table, meeting various entertainment needs. Overall, it’s pretty good.
The room is very spacious, and the security level is very high. The kitchen is also large and very comfortable to use. The apartment environment is great, with nice greenery. You need to pass through three doors to enter, which makes it especially secure. I feel very safe living here, and it’s really nice.

The stay experience was very good. The lighting is sufficient. You can share with Chinese roommates. The apartment occasionally hosts party activities.

Surprisingly, the room door is opened with a key instead of a key card, and the building entrance uses a separate small key. I suggest using a magnetic key card that can open both the apartment building and the room door.
