59 Wardwick offers 7 E-suite rooms spread over 3 floors. All rooms offer private bathrooms, while the Ground Floor's living room and kitchen provide plenty of space for socialising. The student flats offer all the appliances and equipment needed in all areas, including TVs, sofas, dining tables, ovens, fridges, cookers and microwaves. There is even a dedicated study room off the living room, providing quiet study space. Free WIFI is also offered in the flats to ensure students live and study efficiently.

59 Wardwick is located in the Derby city centre area and is surrounded by many amenities. Supermarkets such as Tesco, Lidl and Iceland will ensure an excellent quality of life daily. If you have a valid British guarantor (British nationality, over 18 years old, full-time job in the UK) or have reached an agreement with Housing Hold, you can choose to pay the rent in installments, otherwise you must pay the full rent 6 weeks before the start of the contract.
How to pay rent?
1. Online payment: Pay with Visa/Master/UnionPay card through the payment link provided by the apartment. Please ensure that there is sufficient amount and fill in the ID provided by the apartment accurately. The payment card does not need to be held by yourself. 2. Bank remittance: Please contact the apartment to obtain the receiving account information under the guidance of the consultant, and then complete the corresponding payment in the bank. Please note your name and ID to facilitate the identification of the apartment, and the wire transfer will take several working days to arrive, so you need to arrange payment in advance.

When I make a reservation, is the deposit I paid a deposit? How to refund?
The deposit is a deposit and is not deductible from the rent. After the booking is completed, your deposit will be handed over to a third-party agency in the UK to keep the deposit. It will be refunded according to the degree of damage to the room facilities (severe damage) until the end of the lease period when you check-out Some or all of the deposit may be deducted, so you must report for repairs in time if any facilities in the room are damaged)

Is an installment purchase possible?

Can I move in before paying the rent?
All rent due must be paid upon check-in.
How to check in?
After the apartment confirms that the reservation is completed and the required payment is paid in full, students need to make an appointment with the apartment to check in at least 48hrs before check-in (weekends are not included). No weekend and night check-in
Can I check in early?
Students who need to check in early, please contact your consultant teacher. If there are vacancies in the apartment for the corresponding lease period, you can arrange early check-in after accepting the contract and paying extra rent
Do I need to pay property taxes?
If you are an eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from paying housing tax.
Can someone else check in/get the key card for me?
No, for security reasons, your key card can only be collected by yourself.
Can I keep pets inside the apartment?
No, no pets are allowed in the apartment.
What should I do if I need to report for repair?
