The location is excellent, not far from Calton Hill, Arthur's Seat, and the school... It is very close to Princes Street for shopping, the train station is more than ten minutes away, and the bus to the airport is also great...
The surrounding area is very quiet, the tesco downstairs of the dormitory is very convenient, the apartment service is also good, and the express delivery saves it, but the room is a bit small, and the whole is good!

Very unrecommended. The maintenance personnel trespassed in the room with the master key, and the staff asked for a forced move. The sound insulation was so bad that someone walked through the corridor thinking that they had not closed the door. If it weren't for the good location, the candy house would not be chosen.

Holyrood Park is also very close by, just a five or 6-minute walk from the entrance to the park, where you can walk, jog or hike in the flat. Arthur's Seat, at the top of the hill, is a popular tourist attraction in Edinburgh.

No Visa No Pay (NVNP)
a.If the student who has completed their booking has their visa application rejected, the student can provide evidence of the refusal and the booking will get cancelled with no liability.
b.For the evidence at 7(a) above to be valid it must:
i.be submitted within 7 days of the student receiving it;
ii.include the student's name and the date at which it was received;
iii.be received prior to 31 August of the Academic Year for those with tenancies starting in August or September;
iv.be received prior to 15 January of the Academic Year for those with tenancies starting in December or January.
c.Students can only cancel under 7(a) above, and under the NVNP policy, if they have applied for a visa and can evidence this. Students who haven't got a visa because they haven't applied for one are not eligible for the NVNP cancellation policy.

These additional cancellation provisions apply for any individual making a booking outside of the United Kingdom.
Cooling Off Period – the provisions for the Cooling Off Period set out in the main Cancellation Policy shall apply;
After the Cooling Off Period - Once the Cooling Off Period has expired the Tenant remains liable for the rent for the whole length of the tenancy unless they want to cancel with one of these 3 conditions:
No Place No Pay: the provisions for No Place No Pay set out in the main Cancellation Policy shall apply, save that this option shall not be available after the 31st August in the year the Tenancy Start Date is due to occur.
No Visa No Pay:if the student doesn’t get their visa to come and study in the UK, the student must send us the visa application rejection letter within 7 days of receiving it. No ATAS certificate, No Pay: Some international students coming to the UK to study in very specific fields need to apply for an ATAS certificate. (Academic Technology Approval Scheme). If a student’s ATAS certificate application is rejected the student must send us the ATAS certificate application rejection letter within 7 days of receiving it. On receipt of the required documentation, it will be verified and, provided Accommodation Supplier are satisfied, Accommodation Supplier will cancel your Tenancy Agreement and refund any deposit or advance rent paid in full. This option shall not be available after the 31st August in the year the Tenancy Start Date is due to occur.
The cancellation requests along with the proof documents must be sent by the student, from the email address they have registered their account with Accommodation Supplier.
If an agent is involved the evidence must be sent to the agent and then forwarded on to Accommodation Supplier.
Replacement Tenants – Before your Tenancy Start Date has occurred
If you have proposed a replacement Tenant prior to your Tenancy Start Date, Accommodation Supplier has complete discretion as to whether it:
a. accepts the proposed replacement Tenant and enters into a Tenancy Agreement with them;
b. places the room back on general sale; or
c. allocates the room it to an alternative student on a waiting list to enter into a Tenancy Agreement.
Accommodation Supplier will release you from your Tenancy Agreement on the date seven days after any of the above has occurred.
The student remains liable for the rent unless they find a replacement Tenant.
