Opposite the flats are the Royal Terrace Gardens, which are lush and beautifully landscaped, and some have beautiful views of Calton Hill.

In contrast, Studio rooms, which have their kitchen and their own bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, are better suited for those who enjoy more private space.
