The location is quite good, situated between the GS campus and the KB campus, with an approximate 15-minute walk to either. The apartment was built in 2018, and the amenities are not considered old. The front desk is very friendly, but the policies regarding package collection and friends staying over are a bit strict, which is also for safety reasons. The common room area has a TV and a PS5 for entertainment purposes. The gym and study room are both free to use.
Advantages: The security is particularly good, with someone at the front desk 24 hours a day; the staff are really nice.<br><br>Disadvantages:<br>Soundproofing: The old building really doesn't work.<br>Facilities: The rooms are too small for the same price; even the more expensive options have little furniture, and the washbasin in the bathroom can be considered tiny.
The single room is fairly decent. It lacks air conditioning, but the other facilities are complete. In terms of cleanliness, the common areas are relatively clean. Nearby local residents play audio on speakers, which can be quite noisy. The south-facing layout gets plenty of sunlight.

Hutton Studio A4.18<br>Advantages: There are very many cabinets/shelves in the bedroom area.<br>The oven, stove, and refrigerator are all available, and the internet speed is good.<br>The common room downstairs is nice.<br><br>Disadvantages: There are very few places to hang clothes in the bathroom, and dirty clothes can only be placed on the toilet.<br>The cabinet under the sink is too small; it gets full with just a bit of toilet paper/cleaning supplies.<br>The windows are a bit small, but the greenhouse effect is very severe in spring/autumn (the room gets too warm due to sunlight). If you can't stand the heat, you can choose a room facing north.
The staff were very responsible and kept following up for me throughout the process. Whenever I had any questions, they would patiently explain them to me. Highly recommended！
