Shrubhill House, Edinburgh

During the 2025/26 academic year we are planning to carry out building works, including the external facade of this property, between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You will hear noise disruption during working hours, and experience some reduced light to your room at times.
We will communicate notice of these works ahead of them starting and update you through the process. We'll also hold face to face drop-in sessions for students throughout the year.

All of Shrubhill House, en-suite rooms are exclusively for University of Edinburgh students. featuring a private bathroom, desk, plenty of storage space and a shared full-fitted kitchen and living space. Our studio flats take away the need to share, leaving you to cook and relax in privacy.

Break away from the comfort of your flat and you’ll find a large communal area. Here, you can bond with your neighbours over pool and ping pong, or settle down for some work in one of our study areas.
