It's quite clean, and it's a new building. The area is also sufficient for living.
There are shopping malls within walking distance to buy daily necessities, and there are also stations nearby to the city center. Besides, the sound insulation effect of the corridors is quite good.

The new house is still good, but the common room and gym have not been renovated yet.
The internet is poor, but everything else is fine, so it is okay.
Advantages: good sound insulation, beautiful decoration, no odor, many shelves for storage, large kitchen with cooking and dining areas. Disadvantages: small room, no space under the bed for large items like suitcases, washbasin in the bathroom is too small, the apartment doesn't have a trash can or cleaning supplies which need to be purchased separately, the TV is barely usable and requires payment to watch, if not in use it just takes up space, and the internet connection is unstable.
