Iona's location is actually quite nice, with bus stops on both sides and a variety of bus routes. It's relatively quiet in the wealthy area, but getting to school and into the city is quite convenient. Within a few hundred meters, there are several larger supermarkets and local grocery stores, offering more variety than the few options in the old town. The front desk staff is very friendly, and the free breakfast on weekdays along with the 24-hour supply of free hot drinks can really save you during due times. There are also many activities in the apartment, and free yoga and fitness classes available — overall, the experience is very pleasant. On nice weather days, you can even walk to school in about 28 minutes, which is great for getting some sun and exercising at the same time.
Facilities: Quite complete. The gym is nice, the coffee machine in the tea and drink area is refilled promptly, and there is also a toaster. Internet speed: Average; it often keeps loading. Soundproofing: The Ultimate Vita room on the GF where I live has very good soundproofing, with no noise and basically no sound. Hygiene: Very good. Location: Very convenient, very close to the bus stop and tram stop. There are also many supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and bars nearby.
The service is good, but I don’t understand why uhome requires a mandatory review of fifty words for withdrawals. The breakfast is average, but the conditions are acceptable, and the repair services are pretty quick. The staff is also friendly.

Really great living experience, the only downside is that the lease doesn’t last until the end of August. When moving out, I felt reluctant and my roommate and I stood for a long time in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room with the windows all open. It really is warm in winter and cool in summer. The new apartment is as hot as a steamer, but this place is still very cool. The design here is somewhat similar to a siheyuan, with the wind circling around the courtyard creating a gentle breeze. It's really nice; if I could choose again, we would still choose this one!

The room is also very quiet, equipped with a smart TV, cupboards are reasonably designed and sufficient, multi-door wardrobe, mattresses soft and hard moderate, under the bed can be stored with air support, girls can lift the mattress with one hand, the head of the bed there is a light switch and sockets, convenient switching lights and charging, more dressed up! 
  • Common Facilities: Iona Street has spacious communal areas, a separate meeting room where students can discuss group work. There is also a large study area for students to work on their assignments.
