Security and Service

Brae House has a 24-hour electronic door entry system and video surveillance system, which requires visitors to pass through multiple electronic gates to gain access. The flats also have their independent maintenance team, so if you have any problems with any of the facilities after you have moved in, you can report them directly to reception.
