New Park is a new student flat built in 2017 with 238 beds on the highest five floors. The flats offer a number of En-suite and Studio floorplans to suit the different needs of students. All rooms come with ensuite bathrooms, queen-size beds, study areas, smart TVs, and storage space. The flats also have some communal facilities. Suites are divided into bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and shared kitchens and living rooms. Studio room types have absolute independence, cooking, studying, and lounging in their little world. Complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate is available at the front desk from Monday to Friday. Some studios can accommodate two people.

Location and What's Hot?

New Park student accommodation is on Easter Road in Edinburgh, a 15-minute walk to the city centre. Plenty of shops, restaurants and drinking establishments are next to the hostel, including Co-op Food, B.E. Hot Yoga, and Tesco. Transport
