In the YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN part of the document, you can find the deadline for paying rent and the corresponding rent amount. [DATE] is the rent payment deadline (the format is day/month/year) [AMOUNT] is the amount of rent that needs to be paid

How to pay rent?

There are two ways to pay the apartment rent, online payment or bank wire transfer 1. For online payment, please log in to the Account of Unite Students, click the Payments page, enter the rent amount to be paid in the dialog box, click the Pay button, and enter the payment card information. If it is a British savings card, select the Debit card type (the corresponding Billing address needs to be changed to a British address), if it is a Chinese credit card, select the Credit card type (the billing address remains the domestic address) 2. For bank wire transfer, please log in to the Account of Unite Students and click Booking page, download the Bank Transfer Info file, communicate with the bank in advance, and bring the corresponding materials to the bank counter or self-service money transfer machine for remittance. In the remittance postscript, please fill in the personal reservation information (refer to the content required in the bank_tranfer_info file). The wire transfer does not arrive in real time , please be sure to wire transfer 1-2 weeks before the deadline to ensure that the funds arrive on time. Since the bank will charge a cross-border payment service fee, please pay the required rent + service fee when paying the fee to ensure that the full amount arrives.

If you arrive on the same day but are only tens of minutes to a few hours late, you can wait at the front desk, and the staff will serve you after processing the students who have made an appointment. If you arrive on a different day, please click "Edit" in the check in summary of the Unite APP, and then choose a new check-in time that suits you. The apartment will also provide emergency contact information, which can be dialed at the entrance of the apartment or in a prominent place at the front desk. Alternatively, you can call the apartment&#x27;s emergency control center (UK number) on 03003031611, and they will coordinate staff to help you.

Please decide how much to pay based on your payment method, but please make sure that the amount of your rent is consistent with the amount required by the apartment. For example, if you use an international bank remittance, the intermediary bank will charge part of the handling fee, so in this case, please ensure that the amount paid is the payable rent + handling fee, and ensure that the full amount arrives to avoid arrears.
