There are many supermarkets around the apartment, including Chinese supermarkets. The staff at the apartment is also very good. The items my friend left for me were already placed in my room by the apartment staff before I arrived in the UK. They respond to emails very promptly and quickly, are very diligent and responsible, and the rent is relatively reasonable!

The gym is very basic and lacks necessary facilities. The premium studio surprisingly has no air conditioning, and the restroom lacks a floor drain, with only one located in the shower area. The laundry room costs five pounds per use. The ceiling height is quite low, and it is too far from the university. It's really not as good as opting for a university apartment.

The carpet is bad, the floor creaks, the bathroom light has been broken since the second day of moving in, and it has been dark ever since. The kitchen is so dirty that there are big spiders. I don't understand how the cleaning staff could be so careless! The front desk has a good attitude, but nothing gets resolved. They always say they will find someone to fix things to appease me, and then it's a long wait. Eventually, I just became numb and started figuring things out myself.

The apartment will try to arrange it. If a room is available and you have an understandable reason for wanting to change, the apartment can communicate to change rooms, please note that the price difference will be charged for changing rooms.

Do you provide kitchen supplies and bedding?

These items are not included in your room as they tend to be personal items. However, we've partnered with UniKitOut and Rise & Fall (an eco-friendly option), so you can buy everything your room needs and have it ready for you when it arrives.

What materials should be prepared when moving in

Upon check-in, the apartment front desk will need to see a form of photo identification (passport, driver's license, etc.). Proof of studies from your university, preferably an offer, will also be required, and the apartment may also require a copy for their records and upon request from the local council.
